i installed graphite using all default path and config files sung the
trunk version from launchpad.

i first tried  the default storage-schemas.conf and was able to inject
data using the default client then visualize it with the web interface.
it is has a really nice look !

i could see some *.wsp files under
/opt/graphite/storage/whisper/system/ .

after deleting them and restarting carbon (carbon-cache.py start) , then
injecting new data and not seeing any error (nor any insertion since my
change) in any of the graphite logs , i don't see any new file created
under /opt/graphite/storage/whisper/system/ or
/opt/graphite/storage/whisper/ .

i made sure to add a newline after each update as recommended.

if i did not miss any step , then how to troubleshoot data insertion ?
