I'm offering to work on some non-code portions of Graphite
(for now). I have lp:graphite checked out / cloned.

Are there objections to me working on the README as a
starting point? I'd like to make it more English than
blurts of sentence fragments ;) and clean up the
formatting.

Ditto for INSTALL
