Well if you installed graphite-web via pip, it's likely 0.9.9 which was
released last November. 0.9.10-pre1 was just cut a couple days ago and
isn't yet on Pypi for pip to find. To be sure, you can check settings.py
(not local_settings) and see what WEBAPP_VERSION is set to.

Can you also post your local_settings.py?
