Hello,

I have the same error:
[Wed Jun 20 18:54:20 2012] [error] [client 10.0.0.162] (2)No such file or directory: mod_wsgi (pid=2267): Unable to connect to WSGI daemon process 'graphite' on '/etc/apache2/run/wsgi.2259.0.1.sock' after multiple attempts.

What was your solution? Where did you write your notes? I didn't find
them or any answer.
