Did you upgrade whisper, carbon, and webapp at the same time and use the
--force option? Did you run manage.py syncdb? Also, ceres is a requirement
now and must be installed, even if you're not using it.  Finally, try using
the whisper-fetch.py and whisper info.py click tools to test one of your
whisper files.
