[Question #216552]: How to send NULL or remove a data point via the API (not via Whisper commands)
New question #216552 on Graphite:
https://answers.launchpad.net/graphite/+question/216552
I have a use case where I want to store values in Graphite for a period of time, and then optionally remove the values at particular timestamps. I understand there are ways to deal with this in terms of the retention interval, etc.
But in general, is there a way to send in a NULL or blank value so that it "erases" the data point? I've tried sending NULL, NaN to no affect.
