Hey guys, I did a few posts about getting started with Graphite using
Megacarbon and Ceres on the back-end.

They're pretty basic, but if you're looking for away to start with the new
versions, it's a start. I'll be doing another one on the maintenance
require for Ceres soon (defrag and rollup).

I've been playing with them for a while now, so let me know if I
missed/skipped any steps, or if you think something needs covering - all
feedback is appreciated!
