Is there a way to tell the y-axis to stick to a fixed scale?

For example CPU load which depending on which server I pull results from will automatically draw a graph based on the resulting data. So the graph from one server will display from 0.0 to 2.0 while data from another server will display from 0.0 to 3.0.

How can I tell graphite to fix the y-axis from 0.0 to 3.0 for all graphs?
