Hello...

I got it to start. I was under the (newbie) impression that by starting
the 'carbon-cache' daemon, it would, in turn, also start the
[aggregator] and [relay] daemons, if they are configured in
'/etc/carbon/carbon.conf'. Not so.

I'm using 'supervisord' to start/stop the 'carbon-cache' daemon, and so
I didn't even notice the separate RC scripts in '/etc/rc.d/rcX.d' for
the various daemons (which would have hinted to me that they need to be
started separately). I just found them. =:)
