[Question #250330]: Access to buffered in memory data points in query
New question #250330 on Graphite:
https://answers.launchpad.net/graphite/+question/250330
In this very interesting article [1] I found following information:
"Fortunately the solution is pretty straight-forward. I simply added a socket listener to carbon that provides a query interface for accessing the buffered data points and then modifies the Graphite webapp to use this interface each time it needs to retrieve data. "
Does every query uses interface to access data points temporary stored in memory or maybe I have to somehow enable it ( I could not anything in configuration files?
