I've never attempted to run Graphite on Windows, and it's not an
officially supported platform. That said, it looks like a setup path
issue wherein Carbon is hardcoded to use a UNIX-style directory path.
Have you looked at the install steps in the following post? The author
mentions changing that path to a Windows-style path before attempting to
install Carbon.
