true :) , we never thought about it at the early beginning.

But one day we realized that we store tens of GBs of metrics, not been
updated for months (old instances/services) but still wanted to keep
them for historical purpose. We decided to move them away from the main
tree, and keep them easily available by just prepending their original
names with 'warehouse.'
