  * Drop nova-objectstore support as it is removed in Mitaka. Removes
    everything related to nova-objectstore.

Bug description:
  The nova-compute upstart configuration loads the nbd kernel module
  during pre-start; this should be skipped under a container, as loading
  kernel modules is not possible.
