Bug description:
  ubuntu-cloudimg-query should know about s390x and powerpc

  such that on trusty one can query xenial things.

  testcase:

  $ ubuntu-cloudimg-query --format "%{url}\n" xenial daily s390x

  Expected output of type:
  https://cloud-images.ubuntu.com/server/xenial/20160308/xenial-server-cloudimg-s390x.tar.gz

  Current output:
  confused by argument: s390x
