Bug description:
  Last week have have released powerpc-ibm-utils v1.3.0 .In this release
  we have changed package license from CPL to GPL. With this all RAS
  packages comes under LGPL/GPL license.

  Can you please pull latest version to Ubuntu 16.04? Also make sure you
  update copyright details.
