   * Running snapcraft-parse when there is a part without a source
  fails.

   * Define a part without a source.

   * Run snapcraft-parse

  [Regression Potential]

   * snapcraft-parse is relatively new, so some other validations might
  be affected. Extensive exploratory is required here.
