Bug description:

  Unity locks the screen on tty switch (alt+ctrl+f1 and then
  alt+ctrl+f7).

  
  [Test case]

  - Switch to tty1 (by Ctrl+Alt+F1)
  - Switch back to tty7 (Ctrl+Alt+F2)
  - Unity should not be locked

  
  [Regression potential]

  Unity might not be locked when switching users by changing tty
