vmware-nsx (8.0.0-2ubuntu2) yakkety; urgency=medium
* d/python-vmware-nsx.{install,maintscript}: Install nsx.ini to
/etc/neutron/plugins/vmware rather than directly into /etc/neutron,

Bug description:
[Impact]
nsx.ini configuration file is not installed inline with driver documentation, creating end user confusion.
[Test Case]
sudo apt-get install python-vmware-nsx
Currently nsx.ini is installed into /etc/neutron; the expected
location is /etc/neutron/plugins/vmware/nsx.ini.
[Regression Potential]
Minimal; update will deal with any end user changes as well.
