This bug was fixed in the package poppler - 0.41.0-0ubuntu1.1

Bug description:
  When opening the following PDF in Evince (https://dl.ubnt.com/guides/edgemax/EdgeSwitch_ES-48_QSG.pdf), it crashes with the following backtrace:
