  add software boutique to advanced mate menu

Bug description:
  The system section/plugin of the advanced mate menu shows an entry for
  'Package Manager', so why not show the new beautiful software boutique
  above it or in place of it, similar to Linux Mint showing the
  'Software Manager'.
