All metar fetches are failing:
$ metar LSZH
METAR pattern not found in NOAA data.
Requests for
http://weather.noaa.gov/pub/data/observations/metar/stations/XXXX.TXT
are now receiving a 302 redirect to
http://tgftp.nws.noaa.gov/data/observations/metar/stations/XXXX.TXT
metar needs an updated METARURL, or to set CURLOPT_FOLLOWLOCATION
