Bug description:
Canonical, we would like to request the merge of the following patch
to Xenial (4.4.0-x) and Yakkety (4.8.0-y) kernels if possible.
b5a10c5f75 ("nvme: apply DELAY_BEFORE_CHK_RDY quirk at probe time too")
This is a very non-intrusive patch, just extending a quirk already
present - without this patch, after an abnormal shutdown of the
machine (followed by a quick reboot), the NVMe device from HGST
becomes unresponsive and we need to force a PCI rescan as workaround,
a procedure that does not always work.
Thanks in advance,
Guilherme
