Bug description:
We should be able to work properly with webrtc. Instead I got
presented the unsupported page listing chrome, firefox and safari
[Manual test case]
1) Browse to https://hangouts.google.com/
2) Click/tap the "Video Call" button
3) Verify that a new hangout is created, and that both audio and video work (if a camera is available)
