Bug description:
  SRU Justification:

  Impact: When kernel 4.8 becomes available as HWE option in Xenial,
  DKMS build of xtables-addons will fail.

  Fix: Adding compat code to fix build with newer kernels.

  Testcase: DKMS build for 4.4 and 4.8 in Xenial.
