Bug description:

  Without this minor fix, the lttng tool receives a "Not enough memory" error
  when in fact this is not the case.

  lttng list --kernel --sysall

  produces:
  Error: Unable to list system calls: Not enough memory
  Error: Command error

  With the fix, this does not occur.
