  When power button is pressed, a menu should pop up or the system should
  enter suspend; however, neither occurs.

+ work on laptops using 5 button arrays with the intel-hid driver.

+ Fix: Changes backported from upstream which (based on capability bit)
+ will selectively enable 5 button support for the intel-hid driver.
+ Regression potential should be low due to the fencing with capability
+ and requiring support for a special call to enable the feature.
+ 
+ Testcase: Power button working on the Latitude 7480 (also has been
+ regression tested on a platform without 5 button support).
