Bug description:
  SRU Justification:

  Impact: AF_HYPERV wasn't accepted upstream and will be replace by a
  solution based on AF_VSOCK.

  Fix: Revert the patches applied by #1690196.

  Testcase: AF_HYPERV should not be available.
