Bug description:
  Upgrading open-iscsi fails if the system is running linux-
  image-4.4.0-1003-kvm 4.4.0-1003.8, because SysV IPC support is
  disabled in the kernel:

  Setting up open-iscsi (2.0.873+git0.3b4b4500-14ubuntu3.4) ...
  Job for iscsid.service failed because the control process exited with error code. See "systemctl status iscsid.service" and "journalctl -xe" for details.
