  The binfmt_elf change in

  broke Address Sanitizer. It was included in the Xenial (and Trusty-
  LTS-Xenial) kernel in this change. This broke us.

  reverts this change in order to unbreak Address Sanitizer. Any chance
  it can land soon? (Is there already a bug for this?)
