XPS 9360 (KBL)

I was running a newer kernel on xenial userspace and noticed the
following in syslog:

i915 0000:00:02.0: Direct firmware load for i915/kbl_dmc_ver1_01.bin failed with error -2
i915 0000:00:02.0: Failed to load DMC firmware [https://01.org/linuxgraphics/downloads/firmware], disabling runtime power management.

Checking in /lib/firmware/i915 and comparing
https://01.org/linuxgraphics/downloads/firmware I noticed that none of
the KBL firmware is available (DMC, GuC, or HuC).

These commits are needed to backport this firmware into Xenial:
