Accepted qemu into ocata-proposed. The package will build now and be
available in the Ubuntu Cloud Archive in a few hours, and then in the
-proposed repository.

Please help us by testing this new package. To enable the -proposed
repository:

  sudo add-apt-repository cloud-archive:ocata-proposed
  sudo apt-get update

Your feedback will aid us getting this update out to other Ubuntu users.

If this package fixes the bug for you, please add a comment to this bug,
mentioning the version of the package you tested, and change the tag
from verification-ocata-needed to verification-ocata-done. If it does
not fix the bug for you, please add a comment stating that, and change

  [Impact]
  Virtual machines on GICv3-based ARM systems cannot be saved/restored or migrated.
  This feature was added in QEMU 2.10.

  [Regression Risk]
  The kernel changes are restricted to ARM, minimizing the regression risk on other architectures. Other than one minor offset adjustment, all patches are clean cherry-picks from upstream. Tested on Cavium ThunderX and Qualcomm Centriq.
