Bug description:
  Currently the kernel changelog duplicates entries for commits that are
  marked with more than one bug or CVE.

  Current behavior:

    * CVE-2017-5753

      - x86: Add another set of MSR accessor functions
      - ...
    * CVE-2017-5715
      - x86, microcode: Share native MSR accessing variants
      - x86: Add another set of MSR accessor functions
        ...
