[Bug 1712998] Re: regression: dig compiled without -DDIG_SIGCHASE!
Since this would be a feature change for an uncommon use case, it is
unlikely that it will be fixed in existing stable releases so I'm
marking this Won't Fix for the stable releases. Feel free to comment
with a justification against

Bug description:
This was apparently fixed for Hardy in bug #257682.
But problem is present in Xenial, Zesty and upstream https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=822562
The DIG_SIGCHASE is present in some commands in the build log, but not
for those compiling bin/dig.
