Bug description:
  With Security Manager enabled, tomcat7 doesn't start after upgrade to
  7.0.68-1ubuntu0.3

  Fix:

  sed -i 's/work\/catalina.policy/policy\/catalina.policy/g'
  /usr/share/tomcat7/bin/catalina.sh
