Bug description:
  [Impact]
  The package currently provided in Ubuntu 16.04 LTS has a bug that causes backups to fail:

  [Test Case]
  * Try to save and restore a backup with a different timedate

  [Regression potential]
  Minimal, borgbackup has a huge testsuite that is ran during build and autopkgtests

  It has been fixed upstream in a new maintenance release:

  Since it is a maintenance release, it should be safe to update the
  package.
