[Bug 1836134] [NEW] 361c093d test from ubuntu_btrfs_kernel_fixes will take about 2 hours to run on a ThunderX ARM64 node

This test will take about 2 hours to run on node wright (ThunderX ARM64):
Test history:
4.4.0-155.182 - 1h45m
4.4.0-152.179 - 1h57m
4.4.0-150.176 - 2h00m

4.4.0-146.172 - 1h57m

However it took about 25min to run on Moonshot ARM64 (node ms10-35-mcdivittB0-kernel),

Not sure why there is such a huge difference, but it might needs to be
investigated.
