Bug description:
[Impact]
* With dpkg>=1.19.3 (disco, eoan) landscape-client init script fails when
stopping.
* This adds a process-name matching when calling start-stop-daemon --stop,
making matching restrictive enough to satisfy start-stop-daemon.
[Test Case]
* apt install landscape-client && landscape-config
* /etc/init.d/landscape-client stop
* expect success from /etc/init.d/landscape-client status
[Regression Potential]
* The change has been limited to the init script stop operation
to keep changes to a minimum.
* The patch uses the 15char-truncated process name, as is exposed by current linux kernels.
Changes in the linux kernel would create a regression equal to the current/unpatched state.
[Other Info]
* The proposed change is not currently upstream as code is being migrated to systemd.
