I have verified `debootstrap hirsute test/` works correctly on a groovy
multipass instance using the version from groovy-proposed
(1.0.123ubuntu1.1)

  Without this update users cannot generate hirsute chroots for
  development.

  Attempt to debootstrap hirsute.

  Very low, this simply introduces a suite specific script which is not
  used unless you attempt to create and Ubuntu Hirsute chroot.
