[Bug 2015213] [NEW] xfstests ext4/054 will BUG_ON

Public bug reported:

When running xfstests ext4/054 test, the kernel will BUG_ON. This
requires a mangled filesystem (the test uses debugfs, the tool, not the
kernel filesystem).
