[Bug 1754548] Re: Suggest to remove upstart option from grub > adv. options
Ubuntu 'Xenial Xerus' is only supported as part of ESM now, and this
does not seem to identify a security issue, so I'll be closing this.
In addition upstart is no longer a supported init system in Ubuntu.

Bug description:
Steps:
1. Boot machine which runs Ubuntu 16.04 LTS.
2. Tried to select upstart from grub > adv. option instead of systemd.
3. Afterward, I noticed that system cannot init properly.
Actual results:
By default, it seems Ubuntu 16.04 LTS cannot boot with upstart correctly.
Expect results:
Suggest to remove upstart option from grub > adv. options.
