Bug description:
  [Impact]
Network installs over a QLogic QED 25/40/100Gb Ethernet NIC will not work.

  [Test Case]
Attempt to use the netinst installer to install a system over this NIC.

  [Regression Risk]
The fix is just add to add additional kernel modules and firmware to the installer to support this NIC. The biggest risk I see there is that it increases the size of the installer, which could potentially grow to bit for some smaller systems.
