Hi all,

As the subject. During the development of configurable Bugzilla plugin, I
needed to notify user whose has no permission to access the bug's
information in related Bugzilla system. I used pynotify. It works, but
always feel not good enough. In this way, another dependency is required,
and user only know what happened, when notification has been enabled in
user's desktop, whichever KDE or GNOME. In the meanwhile, an internal
notification can give user uniform experience directly. Expect to get some
guide from you all. Thanks!
