Revised proposal, happy week 1

Hi all,

It is now May 24 in my time zone, so we are off to the races. You all
are ahead of me, but maybe haven't woken up for the day yet. Good
morning!

I revised my proposal according to suggestions from Lionel and others:
            http://live.gnome.org/gtg/SoC/2010/PaulKishimoto

  @Lionel: I'm on p.g.o now
(https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=619057 ) and will fire off
an introductory blog post as soon as you've had a chance to OK the
revised work plan.

Some commentary on the plan itself:
 * If the client/server separation happens, I think it should land as
the 0.4 branch. Lionel's refactoring + Luca's multi-backend changes are
already a lot for 0.3.

 * Thanks to Bryce for injecting some realism in the number of work
items.

 * I omit discussion of UI particulars, but I *like* playing around with
UIs. So, I warn that I may spend some time here and there fiddling with
UI improvements that have nothing to do with the separation.

Incidentally, "May 2-4" in Canada is the Victoria Day holiday, where
everyone gets a "2-4" (of beer!) and goes out to enjoy the first weekend
of real summer weather. I'll be online in the morning and evening, but
work begins in earnest Tuesday :P

Cheers,
