Re: Windows version

Nimit,

As Benolt said, the gtg-win repo is (really) old.
I've created this fork and I've maintained it during few months
in 2010 because Windows was the only OS available in my previous company.
I do understand your frustration ;-).

If you are interested in taking the ownership of the existing gtg-win project,
I would be glad to give you the required access rights and help you.

I didn't have a look at the gtg 0.3 code for a while but the codebase
seems to be really different from the 0.2 branch (liblarch and so on).
So I guess a gtg 0.3 portage from scratch would to be a better approach but I may be wrong.

Hope that helps, cheers,

Hey Benolt!

The Launchpad repo (gtg-win) [5] is the only source of GTG port to
Windows that I am aware of. Unfortunately it is not up to date.

I am afraid GTG will not work with Windows by small user side
configurations as well.

Hello,

I've been using GTG for quite a long time and I'm happy with it.
Unfortunately, in my company they recently obliged everybody to use
Windows7 with a domain and all that bullshit :(
So Is there any windows version available ? In the launchpad I
didn't see any activity since long time ago regarding the win
version...
Or do you have some guidelines to make GTG work on windows ?

Thanks in advance,
cheers
