Glade 3 seems not to mark stock labels as untranslatable. I'm quite
perplex about this. I don't know how to handle this. The correct
solution is to automatically prevent gt* from falling into the .po
files. Should we filter them with a script?

Bug description:
The same bug that  #354632 but in 0.1.2 version:

Some glade labels using "gtk-*" values but not marked as translatable. This results in showing them in "C" locale.
