Hello all,

0.2 release will happen this Friday. I propose the following schedule :


Wednesday night : total code freeze. Luca make rc1 packages and upload
them to the PPA
Thursday : we test the packages.
Friday : we put the latest translations in the package and do the release.

We need a release manager that will :
- Choose the name of the release based on a quote of Galaxy Quest
- Update the changelog/authors/setup.py to reflect the new release
- Make the tarball and upload it

Others can do :
- writing the release note and publishing it on GTG blog
- update the website
- update the wiki


After Wednesday, 23h UCT, each commit to the trunk should be accepted by 3
of us (including the commiter). Exception : Luca F. can change anything
related to packaging and we can all synchronize translations.

Bug that are not closed at this point will be deferred to 0.3 (anyway,
there is no big bug currently opened).


One important point for Paulo : 

I know you are busy but could you test your geolocation plugin (to see if
it still works) and work with Luca to see if we can provide packages for
the dependancies in our PPA? Please reply to say if it is possible before
Wednesday, possible before Friday or not possible at all this week.
