[Bug 543205] Re: Notification area icon for GTG does not hide or display main window

 

This is not a bug. GTG 0.2.3 uses libindicate for the notification area
icon if you have it installed (which is the case of Lucid). Libindicate
is the very same library the "me menu", the sound applet, etc.. use. It
have several advantages over the old method, but it doesn't support the
right clicking yet.

Status in “gtg” package in Ubuntu: Won't Fix

Bug description:
Binary package hint: gtg

This is a regression from previous functionality in Karmic (don't remember if it was in the official package though).  Before, I could click on the notification icon and the main window popped up.  Now I have to click and go down to select 'View Main Window'
