Status in Getting Things GNOME!: Fix Committed

Bug description:
If a task has been in the "Done" or "Dismissed" state for a given time (I would say one week), it should disappear from the "closed" list. Also, tags for those tasks should be dismissed (in order to not have a continuously growing tag list).
