Marcos, I think you should add them. Having them in the edit menu makes
sense to me, also, it gives the menu a reason to still be there (now it
just has 1 button heh :P)

Bug description:
The main window's actions to add a new rule or remove a rule should be available in the Edit menu, as per HIG. It would also give a better reason for the existence of that menu.
