Emilio proposed the following answer:
* The Simple/Preconfigured/Advanced tabs on the main page.
   These appear when you click the "+" button
* From the File menu, Banning IP addresses and Import/Export rules options.
   I believe this was removed
* From the Preferences menu, all the System Settings options.
   I don't remember this, what was it? I guess it was removed too
